Educators Love Dayton Opera’s Dueling Divas!

“I can’t even begin to express how much our students loved the Dayton Opera this year.  They came this past week and were WONDERFUL!!   We laughed and laughed and I was impressed how they stayed in character - such a hoot!  It was the best Dayton Opera in-school ever.  The choices made, including songs from Into the Woods, the Sound of Music, and Spamalot, in addition to many popular standard opera greats, was the perfect way to reach across to today’s kids.  Dallas Pritt said it was the best in-school we’ve had this year, and in fact, he could hear belly-laughing throughout the auditorium.  The opera performers were most gracious, and all have promised our team captains to come and see them in our spring musical 101 in the Shade.  Oh, this was the icing on the cake!   Please let them know that we loved-loved-loved them!” – Tecumseh High School
