Donation is $8.00 per person.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. For reservations call Claire Tully at 937/293-0889 as soon as possible. Attendance is limited and usually sells out. Payment for reservations must be received by Tuesday, October 4, 2011.
  2. The following information is needed when calling for reservation.Your name and position

    Number attending (teachers, students, chaperones and # of buses)From I-75: Take the First Street exit; follow east to Ludlow Street. Turn right. The Schuster Center occupies the entire block between Ludlow and Main Street, along Second Street. There are entrances on Ludlow St., Second St. and Main St.

    From US-35: Take the Main Street (Rt. 48) exit; follow Main Street north toSecond Street. The Schuster Center occupies the entire block between Ludlowand Main Street, along Second Street.

    Bus Parking will be on Ludlow St. and W. Second alongside the Second andLudlow Parking Garage. For cars, there are entrances to the parking garage onLudlow, Second & Wilkinson Sts.

  3. Checks should be payable to OPERA GUILD OF DAYTON and received by Claire Tully, 579 Eagle Circle, Dayton, OH 45429 by Tuesday, October 4.
  4. ARRIVE BY 6:30 This will allow time to check in, get seated, and get quiet before the rehearsal starts – PROMPTLY AT 7:00. Two check-in tables will be located in the Wintergarten, one at the Ludlow Street entrance and one at the spiral staircase.
  5. PROVIDE ENOUGH CHAPERONES to assume responsibility for your students’ behavior. Please have all your students sit together. Discourage talking and leaving seats during the rehearsal. Please review the Performance Etiquette sheet with those attending.
  6. This is a working rehearsal. There may be occasional stops. This is NOT a time for talking or moving about. It is very important that silence be maintained.
  7. Allow about 3 hours for the rehearsal. If you must leave before the rehearsal ends, plan to go during intermission.
